Trielle Reaches a Major Construction Milestone
Mirvac recently celebrated the topping out of Trielle, marking a significant milestone in the delivery of the luxury waterfront address at Yarra's Edge.
Having now reached its pinnacle on Melbourne's waterfront, Trielle's striking form is firmly established on the city skyline, representing years of planning, design and construction expertise.
The occasion brought together project partners, consultants, stakeholders and construction teams to recognise the progress made to date and the collaboration that has helped bring the vision for Trielle to life.
As the newest residential tower within Yarra's Edge, Trielle will deliver 188 premium residences alongside an exceptional collection of resident-exclusive amenity. At the heart of the offering is the Oasis Wellness Club, a 900sqm elevated urban rainforest designed to support wellbeing, relaxation and connection. Residents will have access to a curated range of wellness and fitness facilities including an indoor pool and spa, sauna, magnesium pool, dedicated wellness spaces and fitness facilities.
A highlight of the celebration was the traditional topping out ceremony, where a tree was placed atop the building. Dating back centuries, this custom symbolises gratitude to the many people involved in the construction process while representing prosperity, growth and good fortune for the community to come.
The event was attended by Deputy Lord Mayor of Melbourne, Roshena Campbell, Member for Albert Park, Nina Taylor MP, and Development Victoria CEO Anne Jolic, who joined project partners and the broader team in recognising the achievement.
Reaching topping out is an important chapter in Trielle's journey and a reflection of the dedication, expertise and collaboration of the many teams and project partners who have contributed to the project over several years.
